More Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
